HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
Okayyy so my new year's resolution is to post MORE. I'm going to post A LOT more to makeup for such a boring December!!!
Seriously white tops with collars are a must have in any closet. I collect these--short and long sleeve white polos, long sleeve button downs, nice shirts I can wear to work, and crappy ones I don't have to dry clean haha. The best are my old uniform shirts that I don't even have to iron!
I can't believe I ever considered returning these pants too. These pants are soooo slimming. My mom actually picked this out for me but I wasn't too interested because I generally don't wear pants or black pants. Anyways the point is, she knows my body type better than I do and knows what does and doesn't work on me better than I do! Do you have a perfect shopping buddy that can shop FOR you too???
Today was one of those brainless default days where I wear some white top plus generic bottoms. Its all about accessorizing if you don't want to feel too boring!

That's definitely one of my New Year's resolutions, too-- to post more :) I have some white button downs but I can't get past their somewhat limited styling options. I like the idea of jazzing it up with scarves and accessories!

Hey Patty Ann I shall be sending your parcel tomorrow hopefully!! Excited about this swap! I love your look casual yet still chic! Nice one! My mum is also surprisingly good at shopping for me too, she gets it spot on 90% of the time, but then for some time is totally off, kinda random. This christmas was perfect though 3 stunning dresses, a smart grey suit and a nice jumper (plus tights, shoes and an amazing bag you can see on my blog!)

I am so excited about your NY resolution to post more tehehe The outfit is fab and kinda funny because I wore a white blouse and denim mini to work today and my porcupine shoes (see my post for photo of shoes generating mixed reviews)! It's definately all about the accessories on those plain outfits!
