Sheer, sheer, sheer does the trick! I'm not the biggest fan of baring my shoulders, especially during the day, so I've picked out a sheer top to layer underneath my dress.
I'm wearing a Forever 21 dress, Forever 21 sheer white top, and Charlotte Russe wedges.
