Treat Your Wardrobe to Oasis
What better excuse could you have for treating yourself than the arrival of summer? There’s nothing like a little bit of sunshine to make us want to get a whole new look that will help us shine our way through the sunnier months.
It’s always fun to check out the new seasonal styles, working out which shades will be right for you, which cut will suit you best, and which shoes will tie it all together. And sometimes it’s great to find a place that does it all – great clothes, great shoes and great accessories. Leaving you with more time to be out and about, enjoying yourself in the sunshine.
Skirt Around
This year we’re going skirt crazy. We love them. They’re cool, stylish and flirty. Perfect for the office, the beach or for just staying in, and they make us feel ultra-feminine while we’re at it. So what’s in? Light summery colours are a great place to start – no neons, blacks or browns. We’ve gone pastel mad and think that you should too. Pleats are back, but not the kind your Gran wears. Soft, flowing pleats will help to give you that extra swing.
Keep It Short
Trousers and shorts can be tricky, but this year we’re staying with old favourites and going denim. Whether you’re a brave girl and want to go teeny tiny, or would rather keep things a little more under wraps, you can’t go far wrong. Trousers from the swinging 60’s are a key look, with tight, straight cropped numbers popping up all over the place.
At the Top
For tops and shirts, you’ll want to look at loose flowing soft lines. Sleeveless is always good for summer, and the vest top is still in. Prints are delicate and feminine. Look out for something that goes well with your skin tone and hair colour, and that won’t overpower you.
Put A Ring On It
For accessories, go vintage by referencing the 50’s and 60’s. Chunky rings and bangles will look great with the simpler styles this year, and for hats, well, the bigger the better. Size really does matter.

Head Over Heels
If you want to go high this year, you’ll need a wedge. Sling out those old stilettos and go for a comfier and more wearable cork or wicker heel. Espadrilles are back, so it’s time to break out that boho footwear.
With this handy guide to looking good in the sunshine, you can bet you’ll be setting the world alight and feeling fabulous – whatever shape, size or style you are. So why not treat yourself, and your wardrobe?
If you’re looking for a shop that has everything you need, look no further ladies. Oasis clothes are a great choice for bringing in the summer months. You won’t be feeling the heat in this year’s trends, so chill out, have an ice cream and enjoy the sunshine in Oasis clothes.
